WELCOME
This website is intended to introduce our Micro-Grid Solar Infrastructure Development proposal, to be located within select urban environments, as ‘Public / Private Infill Developments’.
An opportunity has presented itself, where a Funds Management Company (FM) is seeking to acquire projects in the ‘Energy’ and ‘Unique Theme Parks’ categories, and a local council who is seeking to construct a community center and new council headquarters, on a 10 acre public park, located in the CBD region of a world famous tourist destination on the mid Qld coast.
Said council has expressed an interest to add a solar sculpture park in the 10 acre mix, comprising a 1 MW solar grid system, designed to be integrated into the community and council HQ plan, and linked to a neighboring vacant private property with an approved DA for 200 studio apartments / timeshare development.
The development proposal therefore, encompasses a solar sculpture park as a ‘zero energy’ theme park, housing a mini-grid solar system producing renewable energy to the council buildings and the time share apartments, with any energy balance fed to the national grid. The proposed development will be the first of its kind and is designed to be replicated in other regions.
The idea is to create sun-powered centers over public parks, as an investment class and promote such parks as themed mini power stations that can be built in urban settings, generating renewable energy to the region, where such parks are located, whilst simultaneously providing recreational facilities on the park grounds.
We have a commitment from a funds manager for this project for a multi-million dollar investment. The funds manager is expressly interested in this project, as it falls within their portfolio of ‘energy’ profiles, and where the Funds Manager and Council will ultimately be 'The Clients'.
The Solar Infrastructure Development Syndicate is a private real estate development concern with an architectural, building contracting and real estate background, and as such its work as architects revolves around seeking design solutions that contribute towards solving social and environmental problems. Architects and other professions that deal with the built environment have always been at the forefront of shaping that environment, and through architecture as a design discipline, influencing social trends and social history.
The Syndicate team is a loose alliance of entities who have strategic interests in developing ‘Solar Parks located within Urban Settings’, with a renewable energy capacity of 1000 Kw (1MW), the equivalent of offseting thousands of tons of CO2.
The founding members propose to act as the initiating promoters in relation to the proposed business, securing development approvals and offering 20 year lease allotments in solar power stations to private investors.
